Company Domain Registration with Synchronised Email
This is our primary package designed especially for you. It includes, locating a best fit domain (email name e.g. @powerbuild.co.uk) for your company, registering it for you and maintaining all technical aspects of it. Plus -
Total configuration of a business class email system. An email system that will synchronise all your mail items regardless of what device you are using. This includes assistance in getting it working on your phone, tablet, computer or all three.
The support included in this package means we can discuss and perform with you any extra email names like 'info@' that you would like to direct to your email box.
You can purchase additional email addresses at any time for any new staff you may take on.
YH2
Company Domain Registration with Synchronised Email + Full Microsoft Office applications
This is the same as the YH1 package, however it has the added benefit of coming with full Microsoft Office to install on up 5 of your devices. This include MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Excel - Great for keeping spreadsheet records of figures incoming and outgoing.
Word - Full featured text editor program for writing letters, forms and creating invoices.
PowerPoint - Create presentations to win that business.
Outlook - Larger business email control and organisation.
Choose Your Add-Ons
Additional Email account with or without Microsoft Office
Do you have more staff than just yourself in your business? If so this add-on allows you to give them their own professional company email address. The more email addresses you add, the more you will experience the benefit of a fully synchronised exchange mail system over the traditional email.
Note: We can add additional alias’s (names that go to the same email location) for free. This mean if your email is John.Bulb@power-floorers.co.uk you may want us to add Jon.Bulb@power-floorers.co.uk in case your customer misspells the name in your email wrong. You only need this add-on for new email boxes.
Email Migration
Both of the main starter packages include getting your new email account fully up and running, however neither of them include the migration of all your old emails from gmail, hotmail or other pop mail account into your new synchronised mailbox. If you are happy to start from an empty email box on day one that's fine, if not you will need this add-on.
This add-on is a one off cost, and as well as bringing all your old emails into your new email account, we will help make sure there is a forward setup on your old account, (Gmail, Hotmail etc). This will mean that any new emails your old address receives, are redirected to your new email address. When you reply to customers it will be from your new email so eventually emails to your old account will stop.
Email Backup
Although your email account will be hosted by the 'big' vendor Microsoft, and is unlikely to fail anytime soon, you still have to consider the possibility of user error. What happens if you delete that important email that last week you thought was not that important?
With this complete email backup solution add-on, we will be able to retrieve such an email upon request.
Other Services
Additional 'Shared' Mailbox (only accessible from existing account)
If you would like to separate out emails going to another address such as 'Sales@' from your own but don't need to connect to the mailbox directly by itself, this may be the option for you.
Note: This will not allow you to connect to it unless you already have a standard Email box, (options YH1 or YH2 ).
Website Space Rental with Backup
​​If you would like to use either of the website build services below, or just want some web space put aside for another developer then you will need this add-on.
Website Place Card
If you would like to avoid the higher costs of a full website, but want your details on 'www' then we can supply a website place card, (See example).
The purpose of this is to get your company details, as well as some brief information about your business, onto the internet. The result is an easily memorable focal point that is not only easy to direct your potential customers to, but also helps create brand awareness.
