When you look at the news nowadays the technical landscape is full of stories of phone scams, email scams and computer scams. People losing money and in some cases their retirement savings, it's no wonder less IT confident people opt just to not touch the technology at all.

However, the problems occur when the doctors start asking you to use their online portal to book an appointment, or get a repeat prescription. Maybe you just want to be able to do your online shopping or communicate via email with your younger family members.

We do sessions from half an hour upwards. We understand people sometimes need things explained slowly and clearly and in plain English. At your helpdesk, we aim to provide clear and understandable support. 

When you contact our helpdesk, we ensure a straightforward and transparent process:

  2. Give us a description of the type of problem\question\training you have\need.

  3. We may ask you for further information or for a remote link via our system to look at your computer if it's a problem you are having.

  4. Your job will be banded depending on it's complexity, (our bands start from as low as £15)

  5. We will quote you the exact price to resolve the issue or for the training session let you know the hourly or fixed course price

  6. We do the work\training remotely.

  7. Once you’re pleased with the work, you can proceed to make the payment.     

If you contact us with a computer problem, and in the unlikely event your helpdesk cannot resolve the problem, you will pay nothing. We will never change the price once we have started work on your system unless we have advised you at the quote stage that other parts that we cannot see may require changing, although this is normally if physical work is required to be done to the computer.

Some problems may seem to take very little time for us to fix, but this will be due to us using the wealth of technical knowledge we have acquired over the years.
