Hello, how is your day going? Maybe you have come across our site because we were recommended by a friend, or maybe you have just found us by chance. Either way, if you are getting frustrated with a computer problem, you are in the right place.

 

You have a technical problem and you just want it solved, however as a home user, maybe at this point you're having a few thoughts like:

 

  • My problem seems too basic or small to ask for paid help, if I knew how to do it I could probably fix it in 30 seconds. 

  • It's going to be crazy expensive for a 'quick fix'

  4. Your job will be banded depending on it's complexity, (our bands start from as low as £15)

  5. We will quote you the exact price to resolve the issue

  6. We do the work remotely.

  7. Once you’re pleased with the work, you can proceed to make the payment.

Less problem time, more family time!

In the unlikely event your helpdesk cannot resolve the problem, you will pay nothing. We will never change the price once we have started work on your system unless we have advised you at the quote stage that other parts that we cannot see may require changing, although this is normally if physical work is required to be done to the computer.

Some problems may seem to take very little time for us to fix, but this will be due to us using the wealth of technical knowledge we have acquired over the years.

When we say no problem is too small, we mean it. For example:

  • I've lost a toolbar\button I used to use in Microsoft Word\Excel\Outlook

  • My Son\Daughter needs a M365 package for school but I don't know which one to buy and\or how to buy

  • We are trying to play a game through our router firewall but it's not working and I don't know how to configure it.
